As the weather starts to cool down, what better way to warm back up than with some delicious fall cocktails?

Nothing says FALL like apple cider, cinnamon,nutty spices, crisp apples, and PUMPKINS.

Our Fall Cocktails are infused with these autumn flavours, and we’ve even included a sangaria for our wine lovers.

Whether you’re having a cozy getother, Thanksgiving dinner or a Halloween party, these cocktails will add an extra punch to your event and impress your guests.

Then again, with the busy season and holidays ahead you deserve something yummy and a bit stronger to help you unwind and these cocktails are the ultimate nightcaps.

Although they look like a lot of work, these cocktails are easy to create and easier to drinker.

Killer Apple Cocktail

Perfect for Halloween, or any other holiday, this killer apple

cocktail is both sweet and eerie with it’s golden swirls!

  • 1 1/2 oz Pomegranate, juice

  • 3/4 oz Grenadine
  • 4 oz Apple cider
  • 1 1/2 oz Spiced rum
  • scant 1/4 tsp edible luster dust

Edible luster dust will settle at the bottom of the glass,

so give your guests a stirrer so they can swirl the drink.

Autumn’s Apples Sangria

This sangria will have you going back for seconds –fall fruits, brandy, cider and Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky.

Crown Royal Apple is our suggestion because it adds the whisky flavor without being overpowering at all, but feel free to use any brand of Apple Whiskey.

Just throw all ingredients into a pitcher, stir and you’re done!
  • 2 Apples, small
  • 1 Lemon, medium wedges
  • 2 Pears, small
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Cinnamon sticks and star anise
  • 2 cups Apple cider
  • 1/2 cup Apple whiskey
  • 1/4 cup Brandy
  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling white wine or prosecco
We used sparkling apple cider to keep in line with our cider theme, but you
can also use sparkling wine or Prosecco, either one will be equally delicious.

Cinnamon Whiskey Smash

What compliments the cooling weather perfectly? Orange and Cinnamon, and Whiskey!! You can also swamp out the Whiskey for Bourbon. The cinnamon is the star in this cocktail, break it into pieces and muddle with orange zest and juice. Combine remaining ingredients into shaker and then strain into glass.

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon Orange Zest ((zest of half an orange))
  • 60 ml Whisky
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • Soda or sparkling water to top it up
  • 12 Orange Slices

Spiced Pumpkin Bourbon

Nothing like a bourbon infused pumpkin spice cocktail to get into the Fall Spirit.
It does not get any simpler than this, just mix ingredients together and pour over ice!
We may or may not prefer to double the bourbon.
The pumpkin flavour is the highlight here, and fresh pumpkin puree will make a big difference in the taste of this yummy cocktail.
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup Simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice blend extract, Pure
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon

Apple Cider Old Fashion

A classic cocktail with a delicious fall twist! A simple fall cocktail for the whiskey lover. Unlike the original, we add apple cider and switch the simple syrup for REAL (not pancake syrup) maple syrup.

The cinnamon stick is a great straw if you will and continues to release that rich warm fall flavour.

  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 2 ounces good quality whiskey or bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 3 drops of bitters
  • 1 orange slice, for garnish
  • 1 apple slice, for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Oh My! Pumpkin Pie Martini

These martinis taste like a boozy, rich pumpkin pie.  Smooth, creamy, sweet and rich with pumpkin and cinnamon, this martini is your favorite autumn pie in a chilled glass!

Crush graham cracker in a Ziploc bag, or food processor until it looks like sand. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar. Line the rim of a martini glass with maple syrup and roll it in the cracker mix. In a shaker, combine the ice and remaining cocktail ingredients. Shake, strain, pur into a chilled martini glass.

  • 2 ounces Pumpkin Spice Vodka
  • 1 ounces Dark Rum
  • ½ ounces Half and Half
  • 2 TBS Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1 ounces Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • Rim:
  • Maple Syrup
  • 1 Graham Cracker
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 TBS Granulated Sugar
  • Garnish:
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon Stick

Caramel Apple Martini

Easy Peasy Caramel Apple Martini for Thanksgiving. This delicious liquid dessert is perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1 ounce apple liqueur
  • 1 ounce syrup (caramel ice cream)
  • apple slice

Pumpkin White Russian

Instead of regular cream in the traditional white russian we replaced it with pumpkin spice creamer. Top with a bit of whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice to really make this pumpkin cocktail stand out! Rim the glass with pumpkin pie spice, sugar and crushed graham crackers.

  • 3 ounces 2 shot glasses good quality vodka
  • 3 ounces 2 shot glasses pumpkin spice creamer
  • 1.5 ounces 1 shot glass Kahlua
  • Whipped Cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Apple Cider Champagne

You cant go wrong with this Champagne Cocktail,
it only has 3 ingredients and tastes incredibly
delicious. This is perfect for big batch drinks as
well, just double the ingredients to the number
of guests. Mix sugar and ground cinnamon, you can
also pumpkin pie spice, together for the rim and use
apple cider to rim the glass.
  •  2 oz brandy — or dark rum
  •  4 oz apple cider
  •  8 oz champagne — Prosecco, or sparkling wine
  •  Optional: Apple slices — for garnish

Maple Whiskey Sour

The best whiskey sour does exist! This cocktail is full of fresh lemon, Bourbon, maple syrup and a hint of cinnamon.

We double the cinnamon because it adds a kick of flavour making this a tasty fall cocktail, you can omit the cinnamon altogether if you prefer the more classic whiskey sour.

Can be made in big batches.

  • 1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) bourbon
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional
